is an Oslo-based jewellery artist with over a decade of professional experience. She is the founder and designer behind the independent jewellery brand Vita Kurasheva, which brings together one-of-a-kind art pieces and small series of wearable jewellery.

Working primarily with silver and natural minerals, Kurasheva specialises in creating settings for rough and irregularly formed stones, allowing each mineral’s natural structure to guide the design. She also works with faceted natural gemstones.

Her artistic practice explores organic forms, memory, loss and belonging.

Kurasheva established her first independent studio in Omsk, Siberia, and later continued her practice in St Petersburg. She has been based in Oslo since 2022.

She is currently studying Art and Design: Art and Dissemination at OsloMet.
