Everything you need to know about paying for your order and receiving it — each piece is handmade to order in Oslo, Norway, and shipped worldwide.

payment

We accept secure card payments and Vipps. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, and work on a made-to-order piece begins once payment has cleared.

All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include applicable taxes where required. Discount codes and gift promotions are applied at checkout and are subject to their own conditions.

Your payment details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by us.

delivery

Because every piece is handmade to order, your order is shipped once it is ready — the estimated production time is shown on each product page.

We ship worldwide with tracked services (Posten/Bring, PostNord, DHL, FedEx, UPS and DPD). Shipping is calculated at checkout.

You can follow your order through every stage from your account. Any import duties or customs charges outside Norway are the responsibility of the recipient.
